Overview
Pacific Network for Health and Climate Change Action Plan 2026–2028 sets out key actions to be taken between 2026-2028 to implement the 27 recommendations from the inaugural Pan-Pacific Conference on Climate and Health with the objective of accelerating coordinated action on health and climate change in the Pacific.
The action plan was developed through a consultative process led by the Pacific Network for Health and Climate Change (PNHCC) and its Technical Working Group Secretariat, co-led by WHO and the Pacific Community (SPC). The PNHCC comprises health ministry representatives from Pacific island countries and areas, regional organizations, academic and research institutions, and partner and donor organizations.
